    We look at the work. No cover letter needed - but a sentence on what you led helps.

    Intro call

    30 minutes with a partner. Two-way: we want to know if Keal is right for you.

  3. 03

    Paid trial brief

    Small, real-world brief. Always paid. Usually 3–5 days of work.

  4. 04

    Decision

    We make a decision within a week of the trial. No ghosting.
