We are an art production studio for the games industry.
Keal is a senior team based in Frankfurt with collaborators across Europe and the Americas. We've spent the last decade building assets for some of the biggest names in the games industry - and a few of the smaller ones we believe in.
We founded Keal because we kept encountering the same problem: studios needed a senior-level creation expertise, but without the overhead of building an in-house team.
We are the team you bring in when the quality bar is exceptionally high and there is simply no time for ramp-up or adaptation. Every project we deliver comes with a complete tech-art handover package and a strict performance budget.

Every Keal project is led and executed by veteran and senior artists. No bait-and-switch, no juniors finishing what a senior pitched.
Engine-aware
Beauty renders are easy. Beauty in engine, at-budget, is hard. We optimise for the latter.

Daily reviews, weekly milestones, scope locked up-front. The art is wild; the process is dull.
